GeoZone Geotechnical Resources

Welcome to the geotechnical resources pages. The aim is to have an archive of material which is accessible and useful to the broader geotechnical, engineering geology and engineering community. There are papers on core logging, soil logging, pump tests, percolation tests, standard penetration tests, point load tests and so the list goes on. As you can well imagine, it is hard work pulling all this data together, converting it all into PDF documents and posting them onto the site. Click on the links below to find information on a number of subjects. Some of the pages don't have any data loaded yet - it is by its nature a work in progress, and I would be obliged if you would bear with me. If you have any papers that you or others have written, or other documents which you feel I should add, then send these along too.

The aim is to post the documents under both subject and author listings. I have also included them under various topics - for example a paper on expansive soils and their impacts on roads gets included under "S" for soils and "R" for roads.
